It’s completely free, available for Windows, and compatible with Sketch App. It has an equally powerful portable version.

The application quickly lets you choose what you want to do. Just choose exactly what it is that you want to do and the application will let you work your vision and export your file. It’s a very small file, and it’s not a resource hog. All it took was a one 30 Mb download and a very small installation file and you were sketching 5 minutes later without having to worry about giant, poorly optimized files eating all of your PC resources.

Lunacy does not contain every feature needed by a professional Designer or an artist but it’s enough. This is the easiest software to design and sketch which makes it really easy for UI designers and so I would recommend every designer or beginner user.
