HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e Printer is a very capable All-in-One as well, printing, copying, scanning, and photo printing. The size is perfect for a home office or home print station compared to a large office All in One Printer series. Everything works beautifully, the included directions were easy to follow and set up. The document feeder is reliable, scanning large documents goes a lot more smoothly. A larger paper tray capacity is nice, and the Wi-Fi setup was surprisingly easy. The HP Officejet Pro 8025 will perform well in a small office that has less demanding printing jobs.

The OfficeJet Pro 8025e is one of the latest offerings from HP seeking to make printing pain-free. The setup HP OfficeJet Pro was about as painless as it gets these days. Once you had it out of the box and plugged in, instructions appeared to guide you through the initial setup process. With HP Smart App, you don’t even really need a computer. You can connect directly to your google account and print out anything on your Google Drive it can recognize directly.

You do not need to sign up for HP+ to set this printer up. There is a great YouTube video that shows you step by step how to set it up and skip the subscription process. It was all set up and completed within 10 mins and it was printing the articles right after from all 3 devices. You do not even need the manual for the alignment setup and ink cartridge insert, it all seemed to be intuitive for the new users.

This printer is definitely an investment. HP has changed style from the standard black All-in-One (AIO) printers to a three-tone color scheme of white, dark grey, and light grey. You can not actually have to sign up for the ink subscription, there’s a small skip button at the bottom of setup.
