This printer has a wireless direct feature where the printer creates its own WiFi signal so you can print off your iPhone/iPad and Android very easily. After all hooked up it prompts you to print off a test page then have the printer scan the page. You can then email documents to your printer’s email address and the printer will print out your document. There’s also an option during the set-up to create an HP Connected account which allows you to create an email address for your printer.

The Disk that comes with the printer, after you load it, gives you the option of loading everything from the disk or from the web. The setup was easy, you can use the USB cable option to the computer and you can hook it to the computer either through a wireless network or directly with the printer’s own WiFi. It has set up driver software that is simple and effective and takes minutes to set up.

It is not going to be as fast or as razor-sharp as a $1,000 office printer but you can’t see anyone that would not be happy with this for 99% of what you would ever want to do at home. But, if you want to do lots of professional quality photo printing you must buy a professional printer.
