Cisco Proximity supports Cisco SX10, SX20, SX80, MX200 G2, MX300 G2, MX700, and MX800 endpoints, running Collaboration Endpoint Software 8.0 or later. The interface is a Cisco Proximity single pane of glass that allows administrators easy access from anywhere to configure, test, and manage Proximity network solutions. Cisco Proximity allows you to control your video system, interact with shared content and share wirelessly. Proximity will be sharing automatically pairs devices with Cisco room-based video endpoints when they come within range. Once downloaded to your smartphone or tablet, the Cisco Proximity application allows users automatic pairing of the mobile device with the Cisco system. Cisco Proximity allows basic call control from your mobile device, like searching the directory.
